You can find the USCoastGuard.net staff adjacent to The Douglas A. Munro Coast Guard Headquarters Building, appropriately located on the campus of the St. Elizabeths Psychiatric & Mental Hospital at 1790 Ash Street SE in Washington, DC.

Simply proceed toward Gate 4 at the end of St. Elizabeths Road but stop before processing at the visitor's center and park alongside the road.

To avoid being sexually assaulted by a Coast Guard officer, be sure to soil yourself before exiting your vehicle.
