Below is an “advertisement” for the BCMR published on the USCG official website (United States Coast Guard > Resources > Legal > BCMR (uscg.mil) as part of the Judge Advocate General’s propaganda. It is intended to give the impression that there is a “legal”recourse for unjust personnel actions beyond the Coast Guard’s blatantly corrupt and incompetent Discharge Review Board. There isn’t. Thus, I have taken the intitative to edit this bag of deceit based on the actual experience of others.
